Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planning

We handle every detail on the day of the wedding so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your biggest moment.

The rehearsal and wedding day planning package includes:

Rehearsal

• Consultations with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow
• Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
• Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiant) at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Wedding Day

• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
• Receive deliveries and greet vendors
• Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned
• Assist with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
• Provide wedding emergency kit
• Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
• Help photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Make sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
• Arrange grand entrance
• Handle any problems that come up with caterer
• Make sure plans are running on schedule
• Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
• Collect guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
• Make sure transportation is running on time
• Provide a stress free day for the bride and groom

"Partial" Planning

This package is for the couple that has started the planning, found the venue, and the major items that may be needed in planning their wedding and they need someone to help them complete it. It covers all the unfinished details that the couple needs assistance on and helps make the couples vision a reality.

The partial planning wedding package includes:

• Complimentary initial consultation with the bride and groom
• Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
• Assist with the choosing of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
• Ceremony planning
• Reception planning
• Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
• Walk-through with client at the selected sites for the wedding/reception
• Timelines prepared the month of the wedding
• Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
• Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding

This package also includes all items provided in the Rehearsal and Wedding Day Planning Package.

"Full" Planning

This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable.

The full planning wedding package includes:

• Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
• Unlimited phone and email availability
• A minimum of three planning meetings between clients and planner
• Assistance in preparing a budget
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
• Provide a list of preferred vendors
• Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors
• Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
• Assist with the choosing of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
• Ceremony planning
• Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors

" Cassandra Lee, of Everlasting Impressions served as my wedding Cordinator on September 4, 2011. Both she and her assistant did an amazing job! She met with me on several occasions prior to the wedding to discuss any and all wedding matters. When I told her of worries that I had, she addressed them and tried to help me come up with solutions as to alleviate the worry. Cassandra also helped me to come up with some original ideas to help make the ceremony photographs unique. I was also extremely pleased to know that she followed up with all of my vendors a week before the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly.

During the rehearsal, Cassandra got all wedding participants where they should be (including making some of the groomsmen put down their beers)! With her help, we had two timely run-threws and ultimately a great rehearsal!

On the wedding day, Cassandra arrived three hours prior to the wedding to make sure everything and everyone were in order. My wedding ceremony was beautiful and I'm certain that Cassandra had a lot to do with that.

The reception also went off without a hitch (well I'm certain there were some, but I didn't notice). Cassandra made sure all vendors did what they were told and that it was done in accordance with the timeline. As the reception was wrapping up, Cassandra and her assistant made sure all of the gifts and keep-sakes were secured in our car.

I can't tell you how wonderful it was to work with Cassandra. She was such a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to any bride-to-be!! I absolutely can not imagine how my wedding day would have turned out without her! "

Our daughter's wedding was an outdoor event that required a great deal of attention to detail, since all of the decorations were created by my daughter or me.
